ALAKS 1.1-1100Т ALAKS 1.1-1150Т | Thermal insulating mixes with rather high strength for mixes with such low density. They are used in conditions of frequent temperature changes, for example, for lining of heavy loaded fired heaters in oil refining and cement industries. |
ALKOR 37-40Т ALKOR 37-50Т ALKOR 37-50КТ ALKOR 45Т ALKOR 45АТ ALKOR 56/5Т | Chamotte based high-cement mixes modified for gunning. If it is necessary, they can be applied by casting with vibration. ALKOR 45T, ALKOR 45AT and ALKOR 56/5Т are based on high-density chamotte. ALKOR 45AT and especially ALKOR 56/5Т are characterized by high AL2O3 content in their fine matrix, it is recommended to use them in reducing atmosphere. ALKOR 37-50KT has high acid resistance. |
ALIGUN 37-40 ALIGUN 37-50 ALIGUN 37-50К | Gunned high cement mixes which have high strength and abrasion resistance in comparison with similar ALKOR castables. They are characterised by low rebound and high adhesion, quick setting and hardening. Due to a combination of low thermal conductivity and rather high abrasion resistance ALIGAN 37-50 has become basic material for single-layered linings of reactors and regenerators of FCCU. These mixes have viscous consistence which is convenient for gunning, but addition of excess water makes it possible to apply them by casting with intense vibration. When casting method is used, it should be kept in mind that these castables set quickly. In this case it is recommended to use a retarder. ALIGAN 37-50K has an increased acid resistance. |
ALKOR 69АТ ALKOR 76АТ | High-alumina high-cement mixes based on mullite and bauxite, respectively. They are modified for application by gunning and hand patching, but they also can be applied by casting. |
ALIGUN 37/5 ALIGUN 50/3 ALIGUN 50/3L ALIGUN 50/3А ALIGUN 60/2.5 ALIGUN 69/2.5 ALIGUN 80/2 ALIGUN 80/3А | Low-cement gunning mixes are characterized by low rebound and high adhesion, quick setting and hardering. These mixes have high refractoriness. They strengthen when heated. ALIGUN 50/3, ALIGUN 50/ЗА, ALIGUN 80/ЗА have high abrasion-resistance, just slightly lower than that of deflocculated castables. Mixes with "A" index can be used in reducing atmosphere. They can be applied by casting with addition of a retarder. |
ALKOR 94Т ALKOR 94ТАB-Т ALAKS 1.6-1800Т | High-purity fused corundum, tabular alumina or bubble corundum based mixes, respectively, with a very low iron and silicon content. They have exceptionally high refractoriness. They can be used in strongly reducing atmosphere, including hydrogen rich atmosphere. They are considered to be "classical" materials for lining of incinerators of hydrogen sulfide and other sulfur-containing products. They are modified for application by gunning and hand patching, but also can be applied by casting. |
